The day starts at Beautiful Local Hands in a village located on the west coast. Meet the artisans and learn the art of pottery & rattan-basket making.

The next stop is at Baz’Art Kreasion, a workshop where lower-middle-class women are supported, and trained in handcrafting, unveiling how recycled-waste materials are crafted into fine objects of art.

Continue to Le Grand Désir Table d’Hôte.  Participate in the making and taste local “Samoussas’’. After the snacking, enjoy a traditional Indian wedding style lunch, cooked with fresh vegetables and Indian spices, served on fresh banana leaves, with homemade pickles, “Ti Puris” and “Ladoos” as dessert.
