SummerTimes Sales & Refund Policy
At SummerTimes, our commitment to your perfect holiday experience extends to every aspect of our operations. These policies and procedures have been carefully designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and enjoyment while maintaining the pristine beauty of our paradise island. We’ve created these guidelines to help you make the most of your stay while ensuring all our guests can share in the carefree, relaxing atmosphere that defines the SummerTimes experience. Children under 3 years old are free of charge, provided they sit on adult’s lap. Full refund will be given only on Sea and Land excursions cancelled 2 days prior to excursion date, by 15hrs latest. Payments of excursions are accepted in credit card or in cash, can be effected in Mauritian rupees, British pound, Euro, US Dollars, or any currency as prior agreed with SummerTimes. For some excursions a minimum number of pax is required, when/if not met, a full refund will be made to you. For security reasons, bad weather or some mechanical problems of boats or any reason beyond our control the excursion may be cancelled by us, in this case a full refund will be effected by SummerTimes. SummerTimes reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from any tour prior to departure and declines to accept or retain any person as member of any tour at any time. In such case the refund will be based on the actual cost of the unfinished portion of the tour. Each term and provision of these conditions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law and any such term and/or provision found by a court of law to be invalid , illegal and unenforceable shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision found by a court of law to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid, illegal or unenforceable term of provision. Loss of Property: SummerTimes is not responsible for any valuable property, personal belongings lost during our excursions. Please kindly ensure you are taking all your belongings when leaving our vehicles or any venue included in our excursions (boat, restaurant, or any other site) Shopping: We are not to be held liable for any purchase made in shops and you are therefore recommended to check any amount charged beforehand. Tipping is your own choice /a personal decision.
